He is survived by: his mother Etta Jean Riggs (Campbell); his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Debra Riggs; his sister Tammy; his brother-in-law Roger Rose; his nieces and nephews, Brad Patrick (Jennifer), James Rose, Becky Riggs and Jessica Crim (Levi); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan, McKenna, Ezra, Emberly, Felix, Tiffany, Chase, Haylee and Kayley.
