He was predeceased by: his father Charles Offenbacker. He is survived by: his mother Mitsy Offenbacker; his wife Pam Nichols Offenbacker; his siblings, Raymond "Gene" Offenbacker (Lisa), Wayne Offenbacker and Linda Offenbacker; and his stepchildren, Ryan Campbell, Misty Henson, Amanda Dotson and Amos Jason Campbell. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
