He was predeceased by: his wife Lorene Brisco; his siblings, Joyce and Johnnie; his brother-in-law Ross; his nephew Guy; and his parents, Mirl Brisco and Louise Brisco (Coleman).
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Waters of Harrison; his grandchildren, Shelby and CJ Waters of Harrison; his sister Jean Billups of Harrison; his siblings-in-law, Betty Brisco of Lead Hill and Harvey Rose of Russellville; his close friend Sonny Wise of Harrison; his niece Lisa; and his nephews, Roy, Justin, Jessie and Matthew. He is also survived by brother to his siblings, and best friend to his lifelong friend.
