We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2023, at the age of 88, James Ballard of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Denver, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Ballard and Velma Lee Hawkins Ballard; his sister Edna Ballard; and his son-in-law Joe Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ballard; his daughters, Robin Rodriquez, Cheryl Walker (Embree), Jaymie Williams (John), Susan Martin (Wayne) and Leah May (CE); and his close friends, Ed and Grace Beaulieu. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grand children.
