With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Lee Blair of Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on February 8, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blair and Ollie Blair (Carter); and his wife Wanda Blair. He is survived by: his daughter Coleen (Carl Blevins); and his granddaughters, Katey Greene, Carie Blevins and Christine Eason. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
