He is survived by: his father Henry Dwayne; his wife Amy Hickman of Harrison; his sons, Henry Lee "Hank" Hickman II of Harrison and Elias Dean "Eli" Hickman (Hanna) of Fayetteville; and his siblings, Jeff Swiney of Eureka Springs, Roy Lewis of Elkins and Lisa Laughlin of Springdale. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
