He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aaron Collins (Heather) of Jenks, Jonathan Collins (Teresa) of Sapulpa and Stephanie Spry (Russell) of Skiatook; and his great grandchildren, Emily Teague (Caleb), Jeremiah Collins, Garrett Spry, Christopher Spry, Harper Collins and Harlow Collins.
