He was predeceased by: his parents, Dencil Gilbert and Gustava Rorie Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Geneda Blake; his son Guy "Bo" Jr.; his daughter-in-law Myra Gilbert of Harrison; his daughters, Tammy Moore of Texas, Guila and Richie Norris of Cassville, Missouri; his siblings, Joe Gilbert and Peggy Kilpatrick; and his grandchildren, Kalyn Kenyon, Myles, Landyn, Wesley, Abbie Phillips, Ricky Norris and Allie Norris.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Red Oak Baptist Church (1625 Hwy 62 65 N, Harrison, AR 72601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
