He was predeceased by: his father James Rutherford; and his grandparents, Henry Albert, Esther Sams, Argus Farmer and Bessie Farmer Humphrey.
He is survived by: his mother Bassie Pauline Farmer Sams of Cowell; his uncle Larry Humphrey of Harrison; and his close friend Debbie Teeter of Cowell. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and other relatives and friends.
