He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Clark and Mary Kathleen Clark (Basore); his wife Frances Janet Clark (West) of Berryville; and his brothers, Carroll Baker Clark and Herman Thomas Clark (Tommy).
He is survived by: his daughter Frances Clark Gooden (Dave); his grandchildren, Louis Lathrop and Jana Schmitz; and his great grandchildren, Chris McCall, Gabe McCall, Alayna Schmitz and Chandler Lathrop. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
