He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy B. Waters and Eileen Waters (Henderson); his brother Wallace Waters; his sister-in-law Billie Waters; and his brother Roger Waters.
He is survived by: his nephew Austin Waters; his wife Bessie Waters; his sons, Ricky Waters (Cindy) and Ronald Waters (Jana); his brother Teddy Waters (Wilma); and his grandchildren, Brooke Steeneck (David), Lauren Shearer (Justin), Zack Waters, Mason Waters, Garrett Waters, Dewayne Henderson, Wesley Henderson (Laiken) and Allen Henderson (Vanessa). He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
