He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hamilton Woehl Sr. and Opal Mae Wallis Woehl; his parents-in-law, Mack and Betty Mayes Gore; his son-in-law Myles McCullough; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Gore and Larry Richardson.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Woehl of Harrison; his children, Jeremiah Woehl (Trish Bartley) of St. Joe and Stephanie McCullough of Farmington; his siblings, Jack Woehl of Springfield, LaTina Worley of Lead Hill, Debera Lutton of South Greenfield and John Woehl of Dennard; and his grandchildren, Deakon, Denver Woehl, Lillyan, Lucas McCullough, Bryton and Breccan Bartley.
