He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Radcliff and Betty Jane Restorick McCullagh; and his son Darryl McCullagh. He is survived by: his children, Bruce, Tina and Lisa; and his siblings, Tim McCullagh of Fremont, California, Sharon McCullagh of Washington and Betty Worcester of Fremont, California. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The military honors was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
