He was predeceased by: his father Virgil; his wife Shirley Horn; his son Gregory B. Horn; and his sister Willa Mae Ingram. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Horn (Tonia) of Sherwood, Arkansas and Linda Quiring (Lyle) of Branson, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Katheryn Cole (Christian), Emily Horn, Landon Quiring and Logan Quiring.
