He is survived by: his wife Dolly Gibson; his sons, Stacey Mark Cowan (Vicky) of Ennis and Tracy Lee Cowan (Pat) of Midland, Texas; his grandchildren, LeTara Mae Sgroi (Eric), Stacey Mark Fernado Cowan (Vanessa), Brandon James Cowan and Kacey Rayes Eugene Cowan; his great grandchildren, AdaLynn Cowan, Ryan Cowan, Oliver Sgroi and Owen Sgroi; his nieces and nephews, Linda Phillips, Freda Moore, Vickie Fogerty, Teina Woodburn, Leta Russell, David Cowan, Gene Moore and Gregory Moore; his stepgrandchildren, Vanessa Anguiano (Junior), Andrew Melendez (Kristen) and Latisha Rodriguez (Juan); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Paisley, Noah Anguiano, Kamila, Anden, Kylo Melendez, Luca, Julia and Jovina Rodriguez.
