She was predeceased by: her parents, John Adam and Virginia Anne Templeton; her siblings, Nita Mae Templeton, Laura Catherine Cloud and John Allen "Jack" Templeton; and her grandson Benjamin Warren.
She is survived by: her sister Jane Anne Templeton of Fruitland Park, Florida; and her children, Lance James (Pansy) of Goshen, Michelle Henderson of Harrison Arkansas, Casey Warren (Tara) of Marshall Arkansas and Anne Gallagher (Logan) of Marshall Arkansas. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
