He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Teague and Helene Teague (Head); and his brothers, DeWayne Teague and Roy Teague. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Neil Teague (Cris) of Harrison and Taralyn Casey (Billy) of Harrison; his sister LaJuana McIntyre of Willard, Missouri; his grandchildren, Danielle Litchford (Matthew) of Ft. Smith, Christine Teague and Brent Casey (Kelli) of Harrison; his great grandchildren, Dustin Farris (Meranda), Trindon, Evelyn and Brynlee; and his great great grandchild Beckett.
