She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Holliday and Arviezenia Holliday (Scarlett); and her siblings-in-law, Darrell "Arkie" Phillips, Josephine Wilson (Phillips) and Goldie Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband James Austin Phillips, Sr.; her sister Annadell Fowler (Fred) of Little Rock, AR; her sons, James "Jay" Austin Phillips, Jr. (Tanya Witt) and Wade Phillips (Jamie) of Harrison; and her grandchildren, Connor Phillips and Parker Phillips. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
