He is survived by: his wife Elaine Phillips; and his children, Mike Phillips of Bentonville, Pat Phillips (Tonya) of Springfield and Mary Ann Ciulla (Mike) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren; along with other family members and friends.
