He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence McElrea and Ruby McElrea (Stinson); his wife Audra McElrea; and his children, Kalyne McElrea of Southern California, Karen Weaver of Denton and Mark McElrea of Kona. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many other family and friends.
