We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2022, at the age of 67, Debbie Blackburn of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Lehighton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Bob Keister; and her brother Bobby Keister. She is survived by: her mother Billie Keister; her sister Sandy Keister; her daughter April; her son-in-law Jeremy Parker; her son Dustin Blackburn; and her grandchildren, Avery Parker, Beck Jones and Stella Parker.
