He is survived by: his mother Helen Chittenden (Dan Roberts) of Harrison; his daughter Kaitlin Chittenden of Richmond, VA; his siblings, Roy Chittenden of Manassas, VA, Deborah Moss (Joseph) of Green Forest, AR, Sharon Kosmider of Pinellas Park, FL and Laura Kuriatnyk of Gravette, AR; and his close friend Kim Knill of Reston, VA..
