He is survived by: his brother Ron; his sister-in-law Imogene Hankins of Harrison; his nephew Mike Hankins (Denise) of Lees Summit, Missouri; his niece Amy Johnson (Paul) of Rogers; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zachary of Rogers, Zane Johnson of Rogers, Melissa Burgess of Lees Summit and Madison Hankins of Lees Summit. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
