He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul and Joyce Marie Scogins (Cecil). He is survived by: his wife Patsy Scogins (Keeter); and his sisters, Frances Harris, Bobbie Scogins and Ginger Scogins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews and many other family and friends.
