Cook and Travis Goodman; his grandchildren, Patrick Hearn and Kadin Kirkpatrick; his brothers, James Vick and Phillip Vick; his niece Felicia Williams; his uncle Bill Cook; and his cousins, Ralph Sutton, Jennifer Bronson Dicken and Timothy Kosharek.
