It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Conrad Rex Garner of Harrison, Arkansas, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clifton and Mettie Electa Jane Garner (Slagle). He is survived by: his wife Lucille Garner (Duhon); and his sons, Conrad Rex Garner, Jr. (Diane) and Kim Patrick Garner (Renee). He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
