It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Ruth Sawyer of Harrison, Arkansas, born in Strong, Arkansas, who passed away on November 5, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor Moss and Dinah Lewis (Burson); and her sister Sue Kolodge. She is survived by: her husband Charles Lavon Sawyer; her daughters, Lee Ann Wayman (Steven) of Fayetteville and Renee Sawyer of Ashdown, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Mitchell Wayman (Lauryn), Kimberly Love, Zachary Freeman, Nicholas Wayman (Carson), Cody Mounce, Mathew Wayman and Logan Mounce; her great grandchildren, Jaylee, Lyrik, Melodi, Charley Kay and Dakota; and her siblings, Doug Lewis of Peru, Beth Williams and Billie Wooten of Greenbrier.
