He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Lopez; his siblings, Fred, Ed, David and Helen; and his nephew David Vasquez.
He is survived by: his children, Deena Piñera, Denise Fetzer, Chuck Ross, Bill Fetzer and Jason Gabler; his nieces and nephews, Eddie, Eric, Ernie Lopez, Charlene Sprague (Steven), Vicky Thomas, Nancy Walker and Steve Vasquez (Denisa); and his close friend Carl Walker. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
