He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Dean Bell (Irvon "Von" Gregory) and Iola Mae Trost (Mostellar); his grandparents, Charlie and Flossie Mostellar; his aunts, Velma Livingston and Ruth Daniels; his uncle Ray Mostellar; and the mother of his children Lynn Hobbs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Tuttle Bailey (David) and Victoria "Vicki" Hathorn; his grandchildren, Brandon Tuttle (Morgan), Lucas Tuttle (Keisha), Carlie Faith Tuttle Bailey, Chase Hathorn (Hanna), Kayelin Hathorn and Dylan Hathorn (Erin); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Olivia, Claire, Jack, Ollie-Jo, Cooper and Avery; his granddaughter Lana Piland; his friends, John, Jana Putman, Ben Naumann and Liz Torgerson; and his close friend Rip. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
