She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Blevins; her parents, Cyl Vester Burdine and Sallie Jane Cheatham; and her siblings, Voda Sims, Gladys Hefley, Edith Thompson, Kathryn Wheeler, Louise Kilgore, Amy Sexton, Cly Burdine, James Burdine and Charles Burdine.
She is survived by: her children, Leah Blevins Herron (Gordon Herron) of Rogers and Conrad Blevins (Josie Blevins) of Batesville; her grandchildren, Neal Blevins (Alicia Blevins), Rachel Herron Brewer (Zach Brewer), Hannah Herron, Miranda Blevins, Hunter Blevins, Lucas Blevins and Nicole Blevins; and also, Raylen Blevins and Addison Blevins.
