He is survived by: his parent Alvis Fred "Boots"; his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Rick Richardson of Capps; his daughter Bunni Metanoia of Los Angeles, California; and his granddaughter Lawlli of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
