He is survived by: his children, James Kelley (Holly) of Harrison, Gina Massardo (Mike) of Pocola and Beth Miller (Harlan); his grandchildren, Jeff Massardo, Kelly Socia (Adam), David Kelley (Samantha), Tyler Rogers, Carissa Stalnaker (Evan), Katie Allen (Luke), Kamri Rogers, Brady Miller (Shyanne), Caleb Miller and Brittany Kelley; and his siblings, Wayne Kelley, Rose DeDominico and Bob Kelley.
