He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Moulder and Lilly Moulder (Goodman); his wife Lois Moulder (Parks); and his sister Hermin Cotton. He is survived by: his children, Larry Moulder of Harrisburg and Cathy Holcomb of Jonesboro. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
