She is survived by: her husband Thomas Qualls; her children, Thomas Benjamin Qualls Jr., Brent Qualls (Patricia), Debbie Childers (Bobby), Lois Qualls Campbell and Audrey Qualls Whitehead; her grandchildren, Jennifer Frans, Cheri Phillips Stanbery, Brent Qualls Jr., Michael Pace, Leslie Graves, Mellissa Qualls, Whitney Williams, Thomas Deckleman, Beth Campbell, Dalton Williams and Thor Roby; and her siblings, Lawrence Peters, Dorothy Morris and Ann Cook. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
