He was predeceased by: his parents, Sid A. Parker and Essie Faulkner Parker; and his siblings, Carlos Parker, Woodrow Parker, Titus Parker, Cecil Parker, Ramona McLin, Juanita Winters and Barbara Foust.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Jean Parker; his daughters, Sharon Messer (Tommy) of Newport and Cathy Spiegel (Don) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Derek Spiegel (Angelina) of Jonesboro and Robin Ward of Tampa, FL; and his great grandchildren, Colin Ward of Tampa, FL and Rosie Grace Spiegel of Jonebsoro.
