It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Osban of Harrisburg, Arkansas, born in Del Rio, Tennessee, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillard Self and Lillie Self (Preston); her husband Willie Dean Osban; and her brothers, Homer, Luke, Jesse, Sam, Calvin, Vernon, Lewis, Sherrill and Connaly.
She is survived by: her stepson Rick Osban of Harrisburg, AR; her daughters, Scharlene Smith of Galt and Marsha Lanier of Harrisburg; her stepdaughters, Kay Osban of St. Mary and Margie Osban of Hope; and her siblings, Lilian Fritz of Sedro Woolley, David Self of Washington and Cecil Self of Washington. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and several great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
