She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Counce and Louise Counce (Brown); her husband Wayne Phillips; her daughter Regena Lindley; and her siblings, Edgar, Charles Alford, Robert Hale, Brenda McCain and Shelia Hargo.
She is survived by: her daughter Misty Armesteadt (Allen) of Jonesboro; her siblings, Billy Counce of Marked Tree, Martha Mills (Larry) of Harrisburg and Virginia Dawson; her grandchildren, Miles Meredith, Matthew Meredith, Maisy Fleming, Madison Jones and Jesse Burns; and her sisters, Carol Miles, Regina Ivy and Jan Goodson. She is also survived by four great ~ grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
