He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Walter and Luedith Balentine (Faulkner); and his siblings, Lonnie Balentine, Billy Frank Mink, Betty Dunnam, Geneva Dunlap and Marie Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd Balentine of Conway, Lloyd Balentine of Cabot, Doris Long of Harrisburg, Ann Sutton of Harrisburg, Juanita Riddle of Harrisburg and Harriet Mathis of Harrisburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
