He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blann and Linda Veach-Blann; and his brother Mark Blann. He is survived by: his wife Paula Blann of Harrisburg; his daughters, Katie Miller of Green Bay, WI and Christine Blann of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings, Wayne Blann of Wichita Falls, TX, Davie Blann of Ardmore, OK, Stephanie Blann Cuevas of Sachse, TX and Kimberly Blann Allen of Oklahoma City, OK; and his grandsons, Kiel Miller, Kody Miller, Landyn Miller and Dustin Miller.
