He is survived by: his parents, Joe Burns Russell Sr. and Barbara Ann Chaplain Russell of Harrisburg; his sister Joyce Ann Russell-Dew of Jonesboro; his brother-in-law Rondal Green (Diana) of Huffman, Texas; and his nieces and nephews, Christy Harris (Ryan) of Brookland, Shelly Anderson (Jeff) of Jonesboro, Amy Cobbley (Ken) of Huffman, Texas, Adam Russell (Kate) of Joliet, Wesley and Josh Russell of Paducah, Kentucky.
