Phoebe Mae touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Orr and Minnie Hyatt Orr; her husband Udell Mills; her daughter Lisa Turpin; her daughter-in-law Wanda Mills; her siblings, Jack, John, Zach Orr (Fred) and Marie Short; her grandsons, Kenneth Wade Mills, Don Wayne Mills and Todd Mills; and her great grandchild Josh Neal.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Mills (Melanie) of Harrisburg, Randy Mills of Harrisburg, Kenny Mills (Donna) of Harrisburg and Terri Burrow (Ross) of Searcy, AR; her grandchildren, Nikki Marze (Chuck) of Leesville, LA, Beth Morgan (Roger) of Harrisburg, Chris Taylor (Paige) of Colorado, Kristi Stone (Rob) of Guntown, MS, Sandy West of Benton, AR, Marilyn Neal, Larry West, Starre Zane (Gary), Leslie Weatherford (Grant) of Hunter, AR, Shannon Mooney (Taylor) of Fayetteville, AR, Madison Burrow and Kaci Burrow of Jonesboro, AR; and her friend Jason Cruze of Cabot, AR.. She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel (510 S Illinois Ave, Harrisburg, AR 72432). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
