He was predeceased by: his mother Wanda Keeney Eastin. He is survived by: his father Roy Max Eastin of Harrisburg; his wife Kelly Eastin; his children, Michael Max Edward Eastin (Hazel-Rose) of Harrisburg and Kelsey Smith (Dillon) of Harrisburg; his siblings, Stanley Eastin (Rose) of Harrisburg, Misti McCoy of Bentonville and Nikki Haughey (Mike) of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, Kallen Edward Thomas Smith and Michael London Eastin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and Joy Morgan and her children.
