He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Blackwood; his children, Vanessa Criner (Cody) of Jonesboro, Tanner Blackwood (Harlee Flanigan) of Jonesboro and Trey Blackwood; his brother Jeremy Blackwood of Durant, OK; his granddaughters, Mia and Everly Criner of Jonesboro; his niece Alicia McClain (Hayden) of Brookland; and his great-nephew Parker McClain.
