She is survived by: her parent Maydean Slack Crumley; her husband Charles Smith; her children, Ronnie Smith of Jonesboro and Paula Tucker (Steve) of Harrisburg; her brother Johnny Crumley (Barbara) of Lexington, KY; her half-siblings, Danny Loveless (Yolanda) of Lexington, KY and Vicki Loveless; her grandchildren, Tyler Allison, Malory Petefish, Sam Smith, Gabbie Smith, Mark Smith and Harleigh Simmons; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Petefish, John Allen Allison, Anna Bella Allison, Geneva Edmond and Wyatt Smith.
