He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Tiner and Corine Tiner (Tanksley); his wife Margaret Tiner (Gray); and his sons, Stephen Wayne Tiner and Tommy Tiner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dad and Nicci Tiner of Little Rock; his siblings, Leon Tiner of Palm Coast, Florida and Loretta Eckert of Brenham, Texas; his grandchildren, Shelley Tiner of Newport, Amy Boyd (Jonathan) of Newport and Will Tiner of Newport; and his great grandchildren, Tripp Tiner, Sam Tiner, Bernice Boyd and Georgie Boyd.
