She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Leon and Mattie Louise Wood (Shields); her husband Danny Mavity; and her siblings, Gerald Wood, Syble Green and Pat Hislip.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald (Andrea Mavity) of Harrisburg and Tabitha Knowles of Harrisburg; and her grandchildren, Micheal Knowles, Daniel Mavity, Christian Knowles, Daniel Pender, Megan Knowles and Corey Mavity. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
