He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Brand (Mason); and his siblings, Danny, Carl, Charles and Barbara Jo Brand.
He is survived by: his former spouse Miss Betty Brown; his wife Betty Brand (Brown); his daughters, Kristie Harlson (Kevin) of Harrisburg and Lesley Goad (Wyatt) of Harrisburg; his sister Catherine Mills (Ed) of Harrisburg; and his grandchildren, Kaley Boney (Barry) of White Hall, Korey Harlson of Harrisburg, Libby Easley (Nate) of Jonesboro, Nash Goad and Kloey Harlson.
