She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Smith and Ruby Smith (Pickard); her husband J. W. Faulkner; her sisters, Eva M. Condra and Lorene Faulkner; her grandson Bradley Lynn Faulkner; and her son-in-law Jackey Ray Wright.
She is survived by: her aunt Diane; her children, Ricky Faulkner (Vicki) of Harrisburg and Diane Wright of Bay Village; and her grandchildren, Richard Faulkner, Marti Peel, Angela Brown and Tracie Milholland. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
