She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Green and Pat Green (Patton); her husband Ronnie Spiegel; her siblings, Judy Garner and Steve Green; and her aunt Sue Brand.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Tiffany Spiegel) of Harrisburg and Jennifer (Michael Smith) of Harrisburg; her siblings, Jesse "Mickey" (Peggy Green) of Shreveport, Michael (Sherry Green) of Harrisburg and Pam Tedder of Jonesboro; her siblings-in-law, Deborah Green of Sheridan and Don (Cathy Spiegel) of Harrisburg; her granddaughters, Morgan Smith, Caroline Smith, Camilla Spiegel and Lillie Katherine "Kate" Spiegel; and her niece Tammy Henry of Jonesboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
