It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Palmer (Harrisburg, Arkansas), born in Marked Tree, Arkansas, who passed away on August 23, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawerance Crawford and Edna Marie Crawford (Jean); and her brothers, Glenn, Lawerance and Dewayne Crawford.
She is survived by: her husband Kenny Palmer; her children, Harvey Hamby Jr. (Shelia) of Harrisburg, Tommy McMasters (Mickie) of Harrisburg, Jennifer Stickler of Bono and Rose Smith of Harrisburg; her sister Mary McMaster of Harrisburg; her half-siblings, Jimmy and Carolyn Rose of California; her grandchildren, Brittany, Hanna, Tara, Harvey, Michael, Allison, Heather, Angel and Zoey; and her great grandchildren, Eakin, Eli, Enix and Blake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
